Payments, Transactions & Currency
All deposits and withdrawals on the mywin77 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mywin77 supports local payment methods including DuitNow and bank transfers via FPX. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details used for deposits and withdrawals are accurate and registered under the same name as their mywin77 account.
Deposits to your mywin77 account are typically processed instantly, depending on the payment method chosen. Any delayed or unconfirmed deposits should be reported to our support team along with the relevant proof of transaction.
Withdrawals from your mywin77 account are subject to the verification process in place. mywin77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding applicable limits set from time to time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, mywin77's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Mywin77 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of any scheduled maintenance that may affect platform availability.
Mywin77 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any terms set out in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the mywin77 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user via an approved payment method once all verification processes are completed. mywin77 reserves the right to reject account closure requests where there are outstanding claims or unresolved issues.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
